Ah shit
Even before I joined BLEED, I worked as a Reporter and Analyst for vlr and currently for rib.gg
My contract allows me to work and do so. I prefer not reporting on the SEA/SA region and mostly focus on reporting from the East Sea region.
I see alot of things on scrims everyday and can sit and farm impressions all day on twitter if I wanted to do about SEA/SA teams.
I never use my position as an excuse to extract information on teams, try outs or rosters.
It takes years to build trusted contacts in the scene.
As for other members of BLEED, I don't speak for them my actions are my own.
If you feel you don't wanna hear me Twitter always has a mute button :)
I can get the average time of spike plant for every team
yay is the GOAT

If people are interested in stats like these.
Someone in this thread tagged me.
I have already apologised once on twitter. If that's not enough , I will apologise here once again.
I meant to harm or toxicity towards the Indonesian people or their the fans. It was just a dig at the Alter Ego players and some comments that were made here regarding our team. (About avoiding Indonesian teams)
So once again if anyone feels offended I'm sorry once again. This was the last ever VCT APAC event as we know it. Things might be very different from next year on. Let's all end it on a good note.
yeah all the pinoy teams are so free

Sending love to their retirement homes
Fun fact: ORDER have been destroying every team in scrims , they usually scrim the pinoy teams and beat them 'comfortably'
Fnatic also had two players who had never played on LAN before.
Same with XERXIA , no player from XERXIA is on the positive end of the spectrum.
He had me wondering.
Curious case but it could also be due to the competition disparity in his region.

Biggest Positive difference in ACS
Biggest negative difference in ACS
Hopefully Hyeoni does well here.
Good luck
I have computer science degree and have written a couple of research papers on Machine Learning and data analytics.
I love data visualization and Esports.

Yes Leaf does not use the OP that often.
And no we currently don't have data to see time before the first kill.
But I came up with another way as well to find the most aggro OPers.
The other way could be checking the multi-kill % of the players.
Thanks

About the dataset : In included players from every region , I narrowed it down to a min. of 10 First Kills.
The Graph was inspired by an article on HLTV titled, "Is the modern AWPer really too passive?" (Link)
I will later drop an article on my medium explaining certain aspects of this research.
Why certain metrics were pricked and the reasoning behind it.
Agreed hence why I used the group stage and knockouts data for each region.

First you find the players with the most First Kills from each team at VCT 2022: Masters Reykjavik.
Next you find their total first kill attempts ,
The successful attempts and finally
The number of successful attempts that led to Round wins.
This data can be interpreted in multiple ways, the easier way would be to see how dependent is one team is on a particular player. But that would lead to a bit of bias.
But the best way would be how good are the teams at capitalizing and setting up their 'First Kill Providers'
Would love to get your feedback!
Update 3.0 - Updated with Brazil
ACS is not the the metric to look at , esp when comparing inter-regional competitions.
Will add BR and if possible KR tonight!

Looking into this. I have some more news. Will drop a report on my twitter soon.
It is not a disband , It's more of a rebuild. Hyeoni and Eugene were supposed to leave anyway after this split of the VCT.
More to come in the near future.
Just putting it out here.

Made this moth wise agent pick-rate for the year 2021.
You can clearly see the shifts in the meta comp as Astra tore though the competition ( around April)
which results in direct slumps for Brimstone and Omen.
You can also see Sova and Jett pretty much be on top all year round while Yoru slumbered in the depths of darkness right from the moment he was introduced.
