how to report a hacker?

my friend got a jett teamate who was clearly hacking and admitted it, how do i report him?

and not the in-game function, i mean email or any type of outer communication

was he in your game? should be easy then. post match screen u hover over his name and click report.

he wasn't in my game, he was in my friend's game but i got a ss of him admitting AND i watched him blow a sage's brains out despite looking at the ground
