EU - 5
NA - 3 (KEKW)
Brazil - 1
APAC - 1
hiimnsk [#4]Slot numbers play a big part in this statistic.
okay, we will see how SA does in champions since they have 4 spots :D
zakrin72 [#6]okay, we will see how SA does in champions since they have 4 spots :D
Were talking about all finals that have been played.. not just champions SA still irrelevant
hiimnsk [#7]Were talking about all finals that have been played.. not just champions SA still irrelevant
SA has the second largest slot number in basically all events and yet they havent done shit apart from loud
hiimnsk [#4]Slot numbers play a big part in this statistic.
Not really, lets look at the best EMEA team each international event
Reykjavík 2021 - Fnatic as 2. Seed (there were no extra slots for eu at the time compared to NA & Br)
Berlin 2021 - Gambit as 1. Seed
Champs 2021 - Acend as 2. Seed
Reykjavík 2022 - G2 as "1." Seed
The extra slots def help keep the EMEA scene as big as it currently (in regards to # of teams) is, but it doesn't directly influence placements
PrTsty [#2]Now please try to tell me that NA is better than EU one more time. NA should worry about APAC
Even eu
spookmeister [#12]?? Why is 3 kekw when the other regions have 1
Besides currently it’s the same number of titles unless fpx wins
Champions >>>> masters
hiimnsk [#7]Were talking about all finals that have been played.. not just champions SA still irrelevant
Its always been EUs first or second seed in the finals
pewpew [#10]OpTic 3rd
Fnatic 4th
And we can't properly say that Guild or Fnatic couldn't be #3 if they got Optic's bracket.
Fnatic lost to top-2 and top-1 only.
Optic lost to top-2 and top-1 only.
Guild lost to top-2 and top-1 + won top-3.
I have the courage to say that Guild are actually #2,5. I can't compare Fnatic and Optic here.
P.S. It's just math, reality is different: Optic #3, Fnatic #4, Guild #7-8.
