Did C9A disband?

I was looking at the Mel Premiership S3 and noticed C9A had forfeited their remaining matches. Anybody know anything on this?

yes they did, but idk why they didnt just make a new team name to continue playing

According to their owner on a reddit thread they wanted the academy coaches to go to lcq bootcamp with main team, and there were only 3 players left on the acad team so they just disbanded

Yep they released the last 3 players, VLR still has 2 players listed there but they're released as well.
