Hello vlr! This is my reccomendation for how to fix G2. Below are the roster changes i'd like to see G2 making (most players are FA so this is gonna be a lot of firepower for quite cheap). I will provide my reasoning for the roster changes below.

-Meddo
-AvovA
-mixwell

-nAts
-Burzzy
-MiniBoo

-Meddo, +nAts: I feel like this should be a no brainer. nAts plays almost exactly the same roles as Meddo (save breach) and he does them all with higher ACS than him. Also, nAts has quite a bit of Tier 1 experience in val so he brings that to the table too. He also seems to be calm so he could help nukkye when it comes to keeping the teams mental in check. Also he is FA so it costs nothing to poach him.
-AvovA, +Burzzy: This change is one which I'm sure many of you are questioning because you have never heard of this guy before. Well this should come as no surprise at least to the people who watch Turkish vrl matches. AvovA is consistently bottom frag in his games and on the other hand, Burzzy is consistently carrying his team on the same agents that AvovA is playing so I feel like this guy could genuinely perform in T1 environment, plus, he is from a much smaller org so his buyout probably wont be too expensive for G2.
-mixwell, +MiniBoo: Ok ok before the spanish mixwell fanboys jump down my throat let me start this by saying that mixwell is by no means a bad player. However, he isnt getting any younger and his stats will likely only fall off from here on out. I believe that G2 needs some hungry young blood who can learn and improve rather than boomers who will probably retire soon anyways. And you have to admit that for at the age of 17, MiniBoo is a hot prospect with his impressive stats. Seeing as mixwell makes a lot of money for G2 though, they probably should still keep him as cc and to get an audience watchjing the G2 games in his abscence.

So what do yall think of these changes? Put suggestions or questions in the comments below and I'll try to answer them all

EDIT: I noticed that many of you stated that the strategic power of this team wouldn't be very deep so for this reason I will also be doing +ENGH as head coach (and make pipsoN assistant coach) in order to increase the strategic depth of the roster and make up for the fact that there is no strong IGL presence.

Burzzy is a very good and young player but VRL is not a benchmark for him and he plays a bit wrong, Avova is definitely a proven player and two levels above Burzzy.

The person carrying the FB roster is elite
Burrzy did his job and give a little extra kill contribution, just it

from what I've seen, elite seems to be a bit inconsistent (he is a phenomenal viper tho ill give him that) and stats wise, you cannot deny that Burzzy is putting up better numbers than AvovA. Sure he plays in T2 but then again, Alfajer also started in Tier 2 and now look how he's performing. I'm not saying he's alfajer but im saying that he does deserve a chance on this roster especially considering the fact that AvovA's stats have been of the decline for a while now. But at the end of the day you are entitled to your opinion.

Would be cool to see MiniBoo on better team. I haven't watches his games, but at least his stats look amazing considering that his team seems to be pretty bad.

MiniBoo is a good choice. Nats is a no brainer

Burzzy is not a bad choice but there are many questions surrounding him as he isn't as well known. Can he speak english well? Maybe he can learn it but I'm not sure if it'd be worth it for G2 if he isn't as cracked as someone like Alfajer. In-game performance wise though he seems to be quite good, not anything amazing but seems like he could maybe do better than Avova.

Overall i think g2 should only change 2 players initially so they keep the core of 3 to have good synergy and chemistry. So it's just about deciding which 1 to keep between mixwell, avova and meddo. Nukkye also said he wants to stop IGLing.

Istg if they don't make moves for LCQ they're throwing imo.
Mixwell I thinkk he won't IGL more, nukkye doesn't want IGL anymore and I don't think the others have IGL experience so.
I'd like the IGL to be a controller or initiator.

Okay first of all, I agree with who has to go but:

+Miniboo is really an W pick up, and no, I doubt Mixwell fanboys will jump to your throat since Miniboo is really loved in our VRL

+nats well yeah no shit xD, ofc, but that has to be the players choice and I doubt he wants to do that

+Burzzy independently of if he is good enough or not, I feel like a young talent is more than enough for a team like G2, we can’t do experiments like this. If we are gonna replace Avova it has to be for a really good, proven player to pick up.

And you’re not solving shit here, we don’t need more cracked players, we need to a pure IGL, nothing else.

The player I would like the most was to join g2 would be Redgar, it’s exactly what we need, I just don’t see why he would do that

isn't it weird to change three players and still have the same igl problem? nukkye has said that he doesn't wan't to continue IGLing if I'm remembering correctly, also nAts roles don't work that well because he'd still have to play sova sometimes, and hoody was playing entry when meddo was playing breach (don't think nAts would be the best on that role). I guess I don't understand why you would want a 1 to 1 replacements on each role when one of the main problems of G2 was that their roles didn't mesh well

yes, you said nats wouldn't play breach and that instead hoody would play breach, but when meddo played breach, hoody was playing entry, is nAts going to entry? Also meddo played some sova, so you have problems there too. (I said this in my comment btw but I don't know if you caught it)

Meddo played Sova once in this game and that was when the whole team was experimenting with something new, lost, and went back to their old comps. As for entrying that role would go to MiniBoo since he's playing the primary duelist role. Hope that clears things up

g2 needs an igl, this team would have sick firepower but chemistry would be shit specially considering there is no good igl in the team and no top tier coaching staff, they wont do shit
