academy leagues are not the same thing as a core 5 building chemistry and climbing the ranks to the top
This. If the pathway to T1 is ONLY through an academy team, then many players that have the skill, drive and talent and actually SHOULD be playing in and/or against T1 teams never will get the chance to. There simply aren't enough teams to promote new groups into academy teams
