i dont like it very much, his entry isn't as good as it was on jett/raze and he's standing still with the ult

agreed. isn't he from overwatch? neon seems to be perfect for ex-OW pros (see babybay) so idk why saya doesn't look that great on it

neon ult is good, but everything else does not correlate with overwatch skills.
