hes indian fake flagger and yes naruto used to air on cartoon network india unlike death note XD they cant show it on kids channels because of obvious reason that content isnt meant for kids

True. Kuroko no Basket Filipino dub got me in to anime as far as I can remember but the best show back then was Yakitate Japan
