it isnt , forsaken movement was just good in it , the people in the back should have traded but forsaken got his slide back too soon for them to track him properly
also im pretty sure u need to tag someone 7 times with her ult to kill them and u kinda know that the neon is gonna wide swing

Of course they could just hold a wide angle and kill you
But i usually play Neon only when I have an initiator duo with me
I ask them to flash for me first and majority of the times I come back with at least 2 kills
(Plat-Diamond lobby btw)
