rn they are kind of equal only reason I would put yay 1st is cuz he's been at the top for like a year and dicey has been this good for only a month or 2
actually dicey has been this good for 3-4 months but yes i agree with you. also yay is the best itw bcs he's already proven himself at the international level, while dicey still at regional level.
