I guess it makes sense since Split is most unbalanced map in terms of sides. But still sad. There's definitely worse maps than Split.

Actually a healthy map pool can't be full of 50/50 maps. We need all types of maps: CT sided, TR sided, 50/50, 60/40, 70/30, etc...

They should take fracture. I love Split. Also, some of the best pro matches of all time have been on Split.
Not removed but will be rotated. This is pretty good imo keeping map at 7 with rotation, give them a lot of opportunity for when they want to change or reimagine a map.

no they're keeping map pool at 7 but they will rotate maps in and out. They might rework split too tbh.
Over Breeze or Icebox? Reminder that some of the best maps played this year in pro play come from Split. Icebox is literally one of the most boring games to watch in pro.
Split is not balanced per se but a lot of epic pro games that are really fun to watch happened there. Sadge
