TLDR

1. Optic - Most Likely Qualified for Champions(Very specific event needs to happen for them to not qualify which involves Guard winning masters 2 or coming 2nd in it with the other NA team in the event, winning it) btw lets gooo.

2. Guard, XSET, C9, LG - Qualified for LCQ

3. EG, 100T, NRG, Faze - Need to qualify for playoffs to qualify for LCQ

4. Ghost - Need to make top 6 in playoffs to qualify, if they don't then they tie with V1 at 35 points

5. Sentinels - Qualify if neither of TSM and Ghost make Top 6 and Faze doesn’t qualify for playoffs. Even if this happens they can still qualify but the scenario needed would be that 100T and NRG don't make playoffs.

6. Knights , TSM - Out of Race

the sen part is not completely accurate, I think they instantly go to LCQ if guard make it to playoffs, and I think they can still make it even if faze doesn't make playoffs, in case they dont make top 6.

So sentinels actually needs to lose to C9 if they want a chance at LCQ?

Technically V1 nor sentinels are out. V1 is incredibly slim as if NRG makes it to playoffs or Ghost gets more than the minimum 30 points for playoff qual, they are out.

Assuming LCQ is the same as last year, the top 8 teams in points outside of those qualified for Champions will make it in.
