Surely with franchising around the corner. Riot finds a way to make the t2/t3 a healthy system. It makes 0 sense to let it die right? Any updates?

I am aware that eu has a good system in place rn. I was referring to NA. Since for the most part many believe the lower tiers will die out due to no support.
