With how talented and top heavy EMEA is, ofc teams that are on the fringe like NAVI, BIG, FOKUS, SMB, etc. are gonna struggle as theyre in that tier 1.5 range. Wouldn't say they disband but their win will come eventually. Thing being theyre good enough to make that top 12, but not much higher.

big is like other major esports clubs, which invest all of their money in cs and league, and doesn't give a shit about valo. they have all the money and experience to build a decent roster but they aint doing it. just like cloud9, faze, navi, g2 etc.

I feel like teams need to start to scout for young talents In emea . Every region in valorant right now having crack 16-18 year Olds coming up and top teams adding them into their roster. This is the future of valorant. We already seeing old players from last year getting replaced. Look At fnatic with alfr . NA nearly if not every tier 1 roster have young talent
