What is the TB order? I see that some countries will possibly have a 3-way tie.

Take an example from VCT ID (BOOM, ONIC, AE), if all of them finished with 6-1 score, how is the tie breaker? (They beat each other)

H2h then map diff against each other like in EMEA

Not always. It just so happened that PPGL/Mineski handled APAC Challengers at that time.
