The roster consists of Presley "Slandy" Anderson, Jina "marceline" Kim, Jasmine "Jazzyk1ns" Manankil, Emily "melya" Khan, and Lydia "lidyuh" Wilson as the IGL, with Abdo "c4Lypso" Agha as the head coach.

The most tenured player of the roster is Jazzyk1ns, who has been towards the top of the GC scene since its inception in 2021. Since then, she's been with 100T as a streamer, but will now get the chance to prove herself again as a competitor.

The other three players have been around the scene for a while, but have never quite been able to break into the very top. The team will be coached by veteran player c4Lypso, who's been in the Valorant scene from the very start. 100 Thieves are currently competing their new roster in GC NA Stage 2 with a 2-0 record in the Swiss stage. They are the only North American partnership team to field a GC roster at this time.
