SPG was ruthless in stage 2, and last year shouldn't really factor in because the meta and map pool have all experienced big changes. Its just not how power rankings work. Power ranking in esports cases are more based on recent runs of teams. you do you tho

they are all in APAC server if I'm not mistaken. KR server is almost impossible to play if you are not a Korean citizen. Unfortunately, KR has their own single server and is not part of the APAC server.

foreigners can't play in KR server because you need to register your identity number from citizen card. so pro teams from Korea goes to APAC server to scrim and naturally, the pro players from Korea plays in apac server too.
