bro you didn't even send the right link

posted about a year ago

you really thought they would win playoffs.. they didn't even qualify for them LMAOOOO

posted about a year ago

Bro China was given ONE chance and qualified first try without even dropping a map

posted about a year ago

Felt like I was the only one who believed TH would win easily

posted about a year ago

TTG has to win this for NTER to qualify..

Bro EDG didn't drop a single map in last year's LCQ? We are talking about teams with players who are FRANCHICED atm, they got destroyed by EDG. Ask most casters and analysts and I am certain that they agree CN has high potential and that EDG is a good team, this is the worst take I've seen yet. Common Brazil L

I mean both Australian players are of Chinese origin (as is proof of their surnames). So I think they know to some extent how to speak Chinese, especially since they're living in Shanghai atm

yet they haven't qualified for an international 🤣

I hope this is bait

posted about a year ago

Yeah and it's insane given Val hasnt even released in China yet. They only opened up for pre-registration today, I think CN region will have a lot of potential when the playerbase grows

ZmjjKK throws far too much but he has the potential

posted about a year ago

Nice bait

posted about a year ago

Tbh he's actually good with rifles too so that helps, many times he picks one up in the middle of the round

LOL the fact that you just ignored it, keep telling yourself that

Against KONE, Look at them on lotus lmaooo, it was series point too. How hard can you keep coping

posted about a year ago

So what about now? WBG already lost twice. Val hasnt even released officially in China yet LMAO. Talk about a small playerbase. You gonna blame the CN teammates now? Just look at how Maple & pl1xx performed on Lotus..

posted about a year ago

so was every other team they "destroyed"?? They are still overrated

posted about a year ago

damn I need those contacts, where you messaging them on?

I believe in whz to stop the OCE buff

posted about a year ago

Australia moment, reminds me of the overwatch game where both OCE teams were just dcing

posted about a year ago

Also CN has scrimmed APAC teams which are actually closer to Australia so I'm not sure how you can't scrim them, CN is always playing on high ping anyway. And you admitted there are no good OCE teams? There is def at least 1 good CN team (EDG and maybe KONE).

Bro imagine if TenZ was put in a Tier C EMEA tourny where everyone there only had Val exist for 2 months. Him farming the rest doesn't mean NA > EMEA?? Its a 3 year difference in experience, how is that so hard to understand. Also these are just open qualifiers rn, almost all of these teams are WEEKS old, they haven't scrimmed either - do you think WBG is gonna win the playoffs? They went 13-11 twice against DYG yesterday, that's pretty damn close. Do you think they're gonna win against actual teams with experience?

About the population - 39% is rural, of which 21% are under 18 (so 3hr games weekly) and 27% have no access to internet. That leaves us with ~500 mil people. Now considering the game hasnt even RELEASED in China, the playerbase is incredibly small. They are 3 years behind the rest of the world. Dont forget there's no young-talent for CN because of the video game ban. In the end, don't think of it as a region farming another region, it's more like lvl 200+ radiants farming lvl 50- diamonds. The teams they're beating are WEEKS old.

EDG managed to qualify using VPNs, playing off a TW val client and using KR/JP servers. OCE has had it far better, not sure how the org isn't giving you support, but at least the government ain't fucking you up. Remember that these are only the qualifiers too, let's see how WBG do in the playoffs against some more experienced CN players and teams.

East Asia LCQ? Qualifying for Champions on China's FIRST ever chance to appear internationally - not to mention they sweeped all JP & KR favourites, without dropping a single map, causing huge upsets.

What about OCE?
APAC 1 - Lost in groups
APAC 2 - Lost in groups
APAC LCQ - 5th place

Hoping both regions develop ngl, but you can't be saying that when you've been given more chances but can't make it to an international..

Booster is the best guy there what you on about

100T almost lost 💀💀

posted about a year ago

EDG made even more mistakes lmfao. They're both very good teams regardless

posted about a year ago

way too inconsistent though, missed the easiest OP shot which led to losing haven in the invitational finals vs FPX

posted about a year ago

You're missing Yuicaw (from FPX), this guy was both diffing zmjjkk on chamber OP and also far more consistent across all maps. If you haven't already you should watch most recent EDG vs FPX invitational finals.

Oh so there are 4 regions now? Maybe they will franchise those 2 teams then, can only hope so..

China viewership def won't be bad, did you hear about the owl issue? I think it was that China made up the majority of the viewership which was insane

Valorant was finally released in china, but only after they decided on the franchised teams. Riot only says the Chinese teams were "invited", so not exactly franchised. But it could be a sign it'll happen, however it'd be pretty weird for there to be more pacific teams than other regions..

posted about a year ago

Two teams from China just got invited to sao paulo, maybe they had this in plan because idk how tf they would make brackets with only 30 teams.. Either way it said they only got "invited" to the event, this could be a sign that they'll be franchised later but that would also be unlikely as it completely disrupts their format (more teams from pacific seems pretty unfair for other regions), but this would also mean a huge L for china region which looks pretty promising. Thoughts? or who cars ig
