low imm3 gets shit on in 500rr elo games, so you cant really call it high elo imo

once you reach upper mid elo (>200rr) your performance doesnt matter. you can't carry 2-3 idiots if you're not on a t1/2/3 pro level. gaining rr is purely based on getting in winners queue
