Heat (or murizzz, i dont remember) stated it wasn't on the rulebook. Yeah, after punishing people twice, riot forgot to do so.

I'm not making excuses, i don't think VK knew it was forbidden but they should have.

I just think riot's way to handle these situations is terrible. Because of the example you gave me, i think there must be a rigid procedure followed in all cases, not the mess they made by pausing furia's game for nothing then letting VK play and punishing later.

Also, the way they stated the punishment was so dumb and opens space for even more controversy on the future, by "giving acend 1 round for each time vk used it, +1 to compensate from economy damage", instead making it a direct forfeit. KEKW
