Ethan has primarily been a flash initiator player (Skye, KAY/O, Breach). He very rarely steps away from that role other than the occasional Yoru pick (most notably for Pearl during his EG days). Wouldn't call him a flex by any means.

If you place the flash and use it, then pick it up, it's a 20 second cd. If you place the flash and then pick it up without using the flash, it will have no cd. If an enemy shoots the flash, it's a 45 second cd
