I didn't watch all of APAC lcq, i can only remember this PTC guy as really good. I tried to keep it 3 teams each group and even tho i think they are good they would still underdogs vs any team at A tier about 55% to 45%.

i tried to look at past performances and actual potential, as unbiased as possible

i think the list is better without D tier, because some teams are not that different on level and we learn from last Masters that you can't really predict how games will go.

If you look at Envy vs Keyd last time it was close games, so considerating VK is better now they beating Envy could possibly happen, Envy and Acend are pretty much even but VK still underdogs no matter what.
