thats what im thinking. the only advantage i see of this roster is chemistry.
??? did you not see curry's numbers? he only went positive on one map that i remember, kayo on icebox. he went almost double negative most of the time.
the thing is, there were SO many F/A players good on both breach and sova. trent, eeiu, bcj etc etc. the only reason i see that they went for zellsis is chemistry and maybe content. the roles dont make sense.
xeppa learns sova, fade and skye (for bind/breeze), leaf primary duelist or flex/viper when yay doesnt play chamber, yay chamber/jett, zellsis either initiator or kj and vanity smokes
xeppa is probably going to learn sova, he just feels like the kind of player to play sova.
actually c9 havent taken a huge W. i dont know what they have planned but it feels like zellsis was not the play. hes not a full initiator player and cant play sova and breach rn.
counter viper mollies so they do less damage to the defuser
who will play sova on breeze and breach on haven/fracture? thats the biggest concern i have with this team.
NOT TRUE, no team has signed their 6th man yet so more news should be coming about that. of course its not as hype as a new roster, but its something.

i have to say this is an L pickup. this was definitely a team decision though so they might have something in the works. i dont like this because firstly, zellsis and leaf's roles clash (both started moving to primary duelist), and there is still no dedicated sova player. xeppaa is more of a skye/fade/kayo initiator, and i dont remember zellsis ever playing smokes, breach or sova. BUT zellsis can play kj, and can probably flex onto viper and stuff so a small W i guess? C9's 6th man HAS to be a breach/sova main otherwise this team wont work.
they lost arguably their 2 best players, so i dont think they can be a superteam. it really depends on the smoke player they pick up, if they are good then this team might have a chance. if its ayrin or something idk if this team will go too far.
dont be a hypocrite, dont tell them they shouldnt be braindead when you already are.
what if, 100T chose cryo exactly for the reasons you said-they have less experience and a team with less experience is easier to mould as a coach into what playstyle you are going for. maybe they did contact yay but in the long run, 100T would prefer cryo.

i dont think yay was looking for money, otherwise he would have accepted the APAC offer of 1 million + a year. however i could be wrong idk
but what if 100T never wanted yay? i know it sounds weird but cryo is a better fit for the current 100T roster.
and also 100T chose cryo, since he fits their image of a young team of growing talents better than an NA cs pro.

i would only argue that hes the best smoke fragging igl, not the best overall, but tbh the other igls mentioned are calling plays for insane players on their teams. of course they are still talented as igls, but vanity hasnt really been able to prove himself fully yet.

I would only suggest trent for a good sova player. Other than that a true sentinel would be good but only as a 6th man right now.

george geddes wrote an articel about how sentinels is looking to pick up 2 new coaches and they have their eyes set on a different igl other than shahz. also shahzam's contract ends at the end of the year so it wont be difficult to remove him off the team considering his contracts almost up.
they probably looking at picking up chet and mce, and the igl is probably valyn, since it seems that both igls are looking at the same igl. otherwise its chet and another igl, and they are looking at fns.

ok yeah trent is really good, but i can only put him in top 3 NA, not the best initiator in the region. Both bcj and crashies have proven that they can perform against the worlds best talent, and bcj was event the highest rated initiator at champs. so it doesnt make sense to say trent is better than both of them while only playing in the LCQ.

I get trent is good but where is all this love for trent coming from.? What happened to bcj the highest rated and therefore best initiator at champions or crashies who has carried optic when yay has had off days? I'm not saying trent is bad or doesn't deserve it but hes 3rd place atm imo.
