there are two things.

1. to have no igl and just play off the experience and skills they got from the years they have played this game (like you said , especially under fenis)
2. to have one of the experienced guys to shift into being the official "igl", while the rest help. (basically not be like prx, not to throw shade on them, its just unique prx style)

two things are considered the size of the playerbase and actual competetiveness. not that familiar with lol but i think lpl and lck are seeded slightly better or have one extra spot over lcs. and if not that example, they definitely have more slots than the brazilian, japanese and vietnamese regions.
