i cant find a very solid reason, but....

he has always done wonders with basically a roster of nobody's be it the guard or c9 (like zellsis)

i dont think boaster will get anderzz. the only reason why anderzz and fnatic went so well was because of mini, if mini leaves (like he is not even the ass. coach) anderzz as "head coach" wont happen.

boaster and anderzz often had idea clashes (in 2021) and so they brought in anderzz as a very different type of analyst in 2023. where he would only work with mini, and then mini would come and bring those ideas to boaster.

heretics is done. koi is deep into trials and must have a pretty good idea on who they want. kc already got engh and trailed. basically every team has been 1-2 weeks into serious pracs (trials). yes some are just becoming FA, but that is no time to bring in a new GM (unless you are really struggling)

(its not that tough to create a roster that looks "good on paper", mini can create a roster that looks good on paper and in server, but i dont think it will happen this season as a GM (especially in EMEA))

mini is can do bigger things. he can create a champions winning roster. he doesnt need to have a job where his role is to create an already doomed roster into semi decent.
