champions winner : MIBR (not trolling)

posted about a year ago

definitely not a superteam. but calling that team potential title contenders? yeah i fk with that. i believe that they can achieve some serious gold next year

posted about a year ago

typical NA fan thinking they need 100k + $ imports to be good. good management + scouting >>>>>>>>> rich org with shit management who hire friends

posted about a year ago

that is post season. quite bad, but wont make sense to overpay one year and then next year say we are making paycuts like EG. its good to be clear from start that we cant afford to pay you more

posted about a year ago

fnatic will still get a 6th player. its just that he was on a 1 year contract. and it wont make sense to be a 6th player for more than a year. he learned probably everything he could from the sidelines

posted about a year ago

all the teams who qualified for champs mostly. not doing chinese teams

did sentinels coz they are sentinels

i can understand Z = 2.9/3( not giving any org 3/3)
but i think i will stick to Y = 1.8/2

this is "my" rating of some of the partnered orgs based on their performance in 2023.

TOP 3:

1. FNATIC 9.9
2. PRX 9.1
3. LOUD 9.0
7. EG 6.1

my rating will be marked out of 10, of which

  • X- 5 points will be purely for the actual performance, no sympathy given. you made the roster one week before tournament? your fault. you couldnt secure the visa? your fault.
  • Y- 2 points for roster decisions made along this year , eg. you did no scouting and basically recruited players based on who you are friends with? 0 points.
  • Z- 3 points for content and socials.
    3rd point includes things like (not every point below carries equal rating):
    1. did they host watch parties?
    2. consistent youtube content
    3. different content apart from just vlogs and voice comms
    4. their twitter game

note: this is a 100% accurate list based on my years of hardwork, research and pure data driven analysis with no room for error. if you disagree, then you are either just dumb or delusional

remember EG being rated lower than LIQUID does not mean liquid were a better team, it just means LIQUID were the better org

PACIFC (0 trophies)

  • ZETA 5.2
    X = 2.2/5, made champs + won lcq
    Y = 0.5/2, no roster changes even though at the start of the year they were many upgrades possible
    Z= 2.5/3, good content game on youtube. one of most interactions on twitter

  • PRX 9.1
    X = 4.5/5, top 32 lock in, 3rd at tokyo, 2nd at champs, 1st PACIFIC
    Y = 1.8/2, made a necessary change in something mid season. honestly could've prepared better from the start. (with a proper 6th man too)
    Z= 2.8/3, not the best twitter banter, but good youtube content (chet alecks coffee vid etc)

  • DRX 6.1
    X = 3.7/5, lock in 4th, pacific 2nd, 8th tokyo, drx place @champs
    Y = 0.5/2, give it up bruh, its over 😭😭😭😭. this roster needs something new
    Z = 1.9/3, not the highest quality, but they try (tough having a korean roster and having to make content for mostly western fans)

  • T1 5.0
    cba for this org

EMEA (5 trohpies)

  • NAVI 5.9
    X = 2.8/5, lock in 4th made tokyo and did decent @ champs (contrary to most people's expectations)
    Y = 1.3/2, cned was a good replacement, didnt work out, shit show when it came to comps and roles
    Z = 1.8/3, not the highest quality, but they try.

  • FNATIC 9.9
    X = 5/5, argue with your dad @ 1214
    Y = 2/2, created a genuine superteam
    Z = 2.9/3, nobody's perfect

  • LIQUID 7.2
    X = 3.2/5, failed at lock in, comeback with EMEA #1, did poorly @ tokyo and champs
    Y = 1.5/2, decent roster on paper
    Z = 2.5/3, one of the best youtube, but very average twitter

  • FUT 7.05
    X = 3.25/5, a turkish team that finally achieved top 8 itw. emea top 3
    Y = 1.8/2, only one roster move, but arguably one of the best in form of ataKaptan (future goat)
    Z = 2/3, decent twitter and YT, but had the biggest watch party consistently throughout the year

AMREICAS (4 trophies)

  • LOUD 9.0
    X = 4.5/5, 2nd lock in 1st americas 8th tokyo 3rd champs
    Y = 1.8/2 decent replacements for pancada and sacy
    Z = 2.7/3 one of the better twitter games for a non fnatic/ american org. good YT.

  • EG 6.1
    X = 4.7/5 3rd americas, 2nd tokyo, 1st champs
    Y = 1.2/2 not the best roster moves if we are not being Hindsight Harry's. a good decision for a secondary roster (but its just a way the org thinks, spend less on primary roster and develop secondary roster while the primary is shit. they were lucky the primary roster was somehow good)
    Z = 0.2/3 atrocious twitter. mid posters. cringe banter from the org(we arent counting the trash talk demon1 or boostio did). overdid the meme edit thing. the only good edit was pre-champs video they released. shit org shit merch shit management.

  • SENTINELS 5.5
    X = 1/5 SENTINELS.
    Y = 1.6/2 good roster moves, but not enough backing and trust from the org itself. removing the core of the roster mid season didnt help.
    22 xset core >> 22 fnatic core huh?
    Z = 2.9/3 yk its sentinels, probably the only thing they do right.
    but remember,
    "sentinels fans know very little about valorant....." - pogba probably

  • NRG 7.1
    X = 3.2/5 4th tokyo 2nd americas
    Y = 1/2 the guy who said, lets import a new duelist as yay replacement and then brings in ardiis needs to be fired. (i am not a hindsight harry on this, i was critical of ardiis in nrg since start of the year). s0m W stripper though.
    Z = 2.9/3 one of the best

  • KRU 5.6
    X = 2.1/5 qualified for champs
    Y = 1/2 the keznit in keznit out was confusing. dont think they made the best roster decisions this year
    Z = 2.5/3 i love the kru twitter guy, very funny (i am the farthest thing from a kru fan, no bias, just a genuine observation)

PS: (this is my generalized rating. i wont have proper gauge of things like how good was ZETA's twitter game, but yeah i tried my best)

posted about a year ago

and that roster was good.

posted about a year ago

thats really sad, but we have to accept good players with talent

posted about a year ago

not calling you out for your flair, but for your take that "mistic is mid", this is a take from 2022. this is the 2022 mentality you have

posted about a year ago

why wouldnt he be in the starting roster? like t1 was never having a 10 man thing

posted about a year ago

most valorant fans dont know anything about "esports" part of the game

posted about a year ago

are you trolling or just dumb? roster changes are never made while comparing another org's roster decisions. texture wasnt that good, so makes sense releasing him. monyet was the only good guy, but when prx comes willing to pay the buyout for him, ge thought it would be good, as it will give them some more money, while they can work on a replacement. like use your brain for once

posted about a year ago

this is a bait , he left the scene(before he got caught) coz he was cheating. almost everyone knew he was cheating

posted about a year ago

nrg havent done anything magnificent apart from throwing money at the optic core. like what they have done is "not impressive". they didnt do any fuck ups like EG or SEN, so yeah thats a small W.

posted about a year ago

immaculate game knowledge. optic fans need to get out of "its still 2022" mentality

posted about a year ago

stop watching with your eyes closed, or dont give opinions on players you dont watch

posted about a year ago

yes the p$& fans need to stop mindless baiting and trolling

posted about a year ago

yea i agree with that

posted about a year ago

i knew the goat nbs would agree with me

posted about a year ago

the last time he played initiator on fnatic he farmed opponents like dogs. yes smokes is his more comfortable role, but a player like mistic is highly adaptable and good in general. ( he was almost never really bad apart from master 2 in 2022)

posted about a year ago

i get its funny, i myself use this meme whenever i get a chance

but when there is a rumour of TL mistic, why call that a bad roster move?

posted about a year ago

what is this mistic hate?
he was fnatic's second best player until in 2022 when he had to switch roles mid season into initiator
he left fnatic at the peak of his career (was farming at champions 22) only because chronicle and leo were free agents. we arent liquid who will keep soulcas for just being a very good teammate

and he was top 3 players basically the entire year for emea tier 2.

+ top 3 in ascension (basically 2nd if we count 100+ rounds) - 1.19 225.6

+ top 3 in split 2 - 1.22 217.1

+ 1st in split 1 - 1.21 224.0

people just flaming any team being associated with him for the pure reason that they themselves dont know anything about his actual game and form. like its somehow cool to call him trash for basically no reason other than showing how little you know about valorant esports

posted about a year ago

what is this mistic hate? he left fnatic at the peak of his career. he was top 3 players in emea ascension while playing smokes. like wtf , use you fucking peanut sized brain

posted about a year ago

you acting as if it is fnatic removing leo and alfa? like everyone on that prev GE roster was replaceable. why are you acting like it is a big deal. its almost inevitable that they'll create a decent team regardless of how much GE fans will cry.

i diddnt even follow GE last season, but whatever i watched, whatever score lines i saw, whatever highlights i saw, to me it was like a milimeter difference in them being 7th and them being 3rd in pacific. GE fans are crying even before the roster is made, like lmfaooooo chill

The only change i didnt like GE make was ayrin, his calling was really good last season and that might be something hard to replace. but i understand since he was only on a one year contract

posted about a year ago

what?

posted about a year ago

now you are trying to change roles so that yay might fit into the team, which is way too optimistic and unrealistic

posted about a year ago

P.S. This list is very pseudo-aware of the actual truth.

is this specifically meant towards my navi point?

posted about a year ago

i am the goat of observation

posted about a year ago

being rich =/= having money to invest in esport

the guard was owned by a billionaire, he couldnt care less if he lost a mil or two, but he still left. use your brain. i expect better from EU fans

Coaching Staff

🇬🇧 Sliggy (Head Coach): my goat
🇬🇧 Tanizhq (Coach): another goat + indian origin

he might have to commit a crime or two to be able to afford this coaching staff + aspas + benkai

this is what people dont understand.

lowest of lowest NA pros were earning the bag. pretty much everyone including EG expected them to be a bottom 3 team in AMericas and yet they still paid 25k. so imagine how unsustainable that was.

EG players deserve 25k now, that is after winning champs. but due to how shit the org EG is, its just not possible for them

posted about a year ago

prx werent paying 30k to a rookie something. they can easily pay 10k -> 15k if they would have won champs.

NA =/= the rest of the world

NA is not the representation of other 80% of the partnered teams, who were much more practical when it came to player salary and shit

posted about a year ago

no, its just that their contracts have expired. it is equally likely and unlikely that they will re-sign with loud

posted about a year ago

less might be a good igl, but i dont think he'll quite be the right team leader. especially if they get new young players to fill in the shoes of players like aspas.

posted about a year ago

what timeline are you talking about? did he say this about eg going into 24 or EG at the start of this year 23, when everyone assumed they were shit?

posted about a year ago

saadhak leaves LOUD -> LOUD becomes shit -> LOUD dont qualify for masters and champs -> No Brazilian Viewership -> overall bad for VALORANT

thank you. Obrigado saadhak. please stay.

EG CEO alt account already working on PR

(i agree with what you said. NA was stupid with their salaries in 2023)

posted about a year ago

i think liquid will either go for keiko or some other t2 player

posted about a year ago

the rumors of g2 offering a lot of money to tgrd so that they get the slot. i dont think they would want to burn any more for yay

posted about a year ago

c9 roster is pretty much confirmed

oxy xeppa vanity jakee

they got their duelist. dont see why yay has any chance

posted about a year ago

i would love to see yay to an emea team.

eg has demon1
100t has cryo
sen has tenz zekk
c9 got oxy
nrg can get yay , but it might make the roster a bit too expensive (marved, crashies, victor and chet all arent cheap)

with the free agents available in NA, i dont see why nrg will be very willing to get yay.
i hope he comes to TL or KOI

posted about a year ago

aspas wont move to pacific. moving to LA is already a very big move for them, good players like aspas wont move. if somehow tuyz got dropped from loud, then i can see it happening. but i dont think aspas is moving to pacific this year

posted about a year ago

challenger teams in NA*

posted about a year ago

you would be surprised that eg paying 25k to their players is one of the lowest a team was paying (per person).
orgs like sentinels and nrg were paying way more than 25k

posted about a year ago

yeah and coz thats NA. fnatic players mostly should make around 15k max, while boaster and derke 25k max
