Okay how about "He needs to fix his terrible mental, learn how to play neon with 2 slides but only 1 stun, and expand his duelist pool beyond 2 agents". Is that constructive enough?

Not my job as a random dumbass SEN fan shitposting on vlr to help them. Maybe one of their numerous staff members should step in and tell them to stay off the forums lol. Its professional sports, if a player can't handle legitimate criticism then they really aren't cut out for this shit.

Imagine having a player thats probably a top 3 duelist in your region and not having him play the role because he doesn't like the pressure. Instead you have a fraudulent nepo signing play duelist who tilts more than randoms in my plat lobbies. And then letting go of the only player who didn't choke in the finals. TH is softer than Charmin, will never win anything if they are too scared to do what it takes to win

Bruh this is why people hate SEN flairs, please stop posting

Actually a good list, W post. Also I'd say Tenz, Leo, and Monyet are probably the best on their teams.

edit: also Demon1 is still technically on NRG, so also him. s0m clears in movement and decision making (cove aside), but the guy is just such an aim freak

Nah Chet is definitely fraudulent. And the calling is 100% better with FNS than before (like 2nd half of Sunset vs SEN). Just look at how they played Bind in Split 1, I saw better fucking map understanding in the Abyss showmatch. The guy just can't shoot for shit, which is unacceptable at this point in the game, and the roster is horribly put together.

The Japanese fanbase is pretty big, so yes? Also it isn't like there aren't a good amount of talented Japanese players, they are just simply incapable of decent strats/coaching

Ah gotcha, I can see that happening. I do have concerns about LEV being inconsistent but I guess its pretty unlikely they lose in lowers as well

posted 8 months ago

Yeah and LEV can easily pass them in champs points

Bro wants to buff cypher and clove, but harbor is fine as is lmao. Please don't cook anymore

Good post. There were definitely lows to the tournament (some games being super one-sided or boring, and the crowd sucking) and I would've liked to see some more exciting teams go deeper (FPX and PRX), but the highs were great. The final was fantastic and was absolutely worth staying up late for. Hoping the Chinese teams continue to improve so we get some good matches at champs

Senti - johnqt
Flex - f0rsaken
Controller - zander
Initiator - xeppa
Duelist - sinatraa

f0rsaken at $4 is honestly a fucking deal

Is the champs points not enough? Should be like Madrid, where iirc the initial matches in swiss were based on seeding from regional results

One of us has to do it, broken clock is right twice a day and allat

Turn off replies except for your echo chamber and then proceed to strawman the fuck out of the criticism. Classic stuff.

How about instead of lecturing random twitter users, she instead tells her bf to stop shitting on other teams if he can't handle the criticism that comes when he doesn't back it up?

Lmao he deleted the post, what a bum

EDG and FPX are both looking really good and pretty close to each other, but the next couple teams (DRG, Trace) are wayyy behind them. And the bottom teams aren't even worth discussing, I beg you please do not watch their games, its actually painful

Out of the last 11 teams EMEA has sent to groups/swiss stages, only 2 will have made it into playoffs

That could be a good tradeoff, although you are already getting full energy on a kill so it might not matter as much. Don't get me wrong though, you fucking cooked with this.
And yeah she's so fun to play and watch its a shame that she sees so little proplay, especially in americas. Also most pros who do play her dont even seem to know about some of her tech

Some of these are pretty wild ngl (phoenix/iso/reyna), but there's also some good stuff here. I could see some of the others happening although probably not all at the same time, considering rito would want to see how certain changes impact other duelist pickrates.

As a neon one-trick, I do want to talk about the neon changes. I'm really skeptical of changing the slide cooldown to 1 kill. I think it would be completely broken. Being able to slide peek an angle you know someone is holding, get a free kill, and then proceed to do it again and again sounds insane to me. I think giving high her gear a faster recharge rate would be a better way of buffing her signature. I also don't think changing the stun activation time is necessary. I actually really like the way her stun functions with how you have to think on the fly and throw the stun accordingly depending on how you want to take the fight. Its a pretty satisfying gameplay component imo. The stun getting an extra half second is really good, would definitely allow for more space to be taken, especially when you're stunning for your team who can't scale up as fast as you can. I have seen a lot of discussion about giving it 20 damage to break senti utility, but that also might be way too good, being able to break 2 locations (and twice!) without exposing yourself is too powerful.

I like the wall damage coming back and the slide being longer. I actually think giving her slide the 20 damage in an aura around her would be interesting so she could hard entry through util, particularly cypher trips, as shes the is basically the only duelist that can't do anything about them.

169 and despite playing on a stable 14 ping I'm only plat 1. I might genuinely be braindead

DRG ahead of FPX and EDG

Yeah what the fuck are you smoking

5th overall in KAST when they only went 7-6 on maps is wild

My guess is that they knew they had to make a change because of results, but could only make one cut due to financials (gonna ignore the Less & Sadhaak rumors). demon1 and ethan are signed through 2025, and victor and crashies are a duo, so that just leaves Marved as the cut.

Not saying it's the correct move but just what the org felt like they could do.

matches don’t give points in split 2

I'm pretty sure they do though?
