Similar to many professional sports leagues such at the NBA in America, I think that the individual player comparisons/storylines are greatly enhanced by the presence of such accolades. It would expand and contextualize the GOAT discussion in very interesting ways. I would also just like a more tangible display of approval for exceptional individual consistency over the course of the year, a trait that should be of utmost value to players/orgs/val as a whole.

I feel as if the hype for the C9 roster really died down after RB Homeground. Did everyone just forget that leaf has dominated in international play on multiple roles before?
