Hes clearly been spending alot of time in aimlabs. His aim has been insane this tournament.
And Boaster is clearly the most creative IGL in the world.
My word Leo what a tournament.
Speaks spanish, kbbq, tacos, palm trees, boba, burger and Riot HQ is here.
P.S. Congrats to Loud. Well deserved. I thought Viper was a bold and smart pick on Ascent. Viper orb mid was perfect.
I know he had a really bad attitude on Twitch in 2022, but I want Shahz to succeed so bad. The guy is one of the few non-imbeciles in the NA scene and I think, despite the narrative, he is a good IGL and a good leader.
While Im still iffy on the Haven comp, I think this team has all the makings of a promotion team. OXY with this support system is too good.
Generally, when people arent contributing to a misogynistic dog-piling, they dont have to clarify that theyre not misogynists.
“Im not racist, I have a bunch of black friends”
“Im not misogynistic i love all women” is something only misogynists say
All he has are a bunch of violently misogynistic 14 year-old grovelers telling him that all women are shrews.
I really need to start watching BLEED. Theyre shitting on everybody.
OXY. And he has so much room to improve.
Jett Knife - Shahzam
Yes, that made sense before Chamber came into the meta. Afterwards, im not so sure
If you recall, they had Dapr on Chamber at first. I think it was a crucial mistake to leave one of the strongest OPers in NA off a busted OP agent because you think Dapr might struggle learning Initiator.
Thank you for the feedback, asshole.
Hes pretty good on Neon
Thank u for this! Watched the first two clips.
A lot of duelists who have a tendency to overheat need to start studying Aspas. So restrained, so clean.
Point by point:
1) I think if Shahz adopted Chamber from the jump, theres no reason he wouldnt of been good on the agent. If I remember correctly, he only played it once or twice professionally, one of those times with Dani as a sub.
2) You’re right, SicK and Dapr werent comfortable playing Sova, specifically on Icebox. Still, Dapr looked amazing on Fade during LCQ and I think the advantage of having Shahz on an OP agent outweighs the potential pitfalls of Dapr and Sick facing the initiator learning curve .
3) I agree, SicK on Raze and Tenz on Flex wouldve been interesting. SicK’s Raze on Bind was one of the best in the world.
Well my thinking is as follows: If Tenz could’ve played Raze, then you would have put Sick and Dapr in flex roles and move Shahz, who is a natural OPer, onto Chamber.
(Obviously there were extenuating circumstances that sort sort of make this a moot point.)
You have a good bit. I respect it.
I will say, Shahzam Jett 2020-21 is damn underrated nowadays. His op’ing on Split was dirty.
I remember this
On haven right?
Looking back on 2022 Sentinels, I think one of the main in-game reasons they collapsed—besides adopting Chamber way too late—is the fact that Tenz couldnt play Raze well.
Who are some duelists who excel at both Jett and Raze?
In tier 2, Oxy (at least after today) stands out to me.
In tier 1…Derke? Who am I missing?
blind and reckless speculation is always a good thing
two minutes of incoherent nonsense followed by “theyre disrespecting me bro!”
Why is he affecting an internet misogynist voice? He never had that voice until like two days ago. Guy is going full Stephon Marbury. This is all so sad and stupid.
At a minimum, have Cryo play Jett on Jett meta maps like Icebox. Whoever cooked up that Omen comp burnt it to a crisp.
I still dont understand how you dont play to your strengths and let Cryo do Cryo things on Jett; especially on Icebox. Its like telling Steph Curry to start posting up more.
A little CIS…a bit of Scandanavia…add a dash of Turkey: WIN!
…when someone in twitch chat, referring to the RRQ coach, typed “Budget Nadeshot malding”
Good matches today everybody. Valorant is fun!
Just aim diffing them. Plus the retakes are super clean. Also, not sure about this DRX comp, specifically the no Breach part.
Haha it def can be that way! I dont want to cast aspersions, but I do recall TenZ saying that Chamber wouldnt be a Jett replacement 🤣😂.
You really never know! I’d argue that Riot has done a pretty good job of making most of their agents, one, be effective in some capacity and, two, have depth and nuance. I think some agents just take a longer time for the pro scene to understand and adopt.
I remember when Steel was just about the only dude in NA playing Kay-O. Then, after a while, everyone considered Kay-O to be a “busted” agent.
I think Tuyz’ Harbor on Pearl and Stax’s Harbor on Icebox were the two first effective Harbors ive seen in pro play (see: Dicey vs G2)
When everyone was first talking about Harbor on Pearl, it was with B-Site plants in mind. What I didnt realize—until Tuyz’s gameplay—is that Harbor is super duper effective on A as well. The slow wall clears out site nicely and the way his viper-style wall bends is perfect to block all the CT entrances.
And stax today…what else needs to be said? The way he used the armored smoke tech on 10-1 (2v4 site hold) was so awesome.
Go Harbor!
Edit: (Also Harbor’s ult on Icebox B seems really good)
