What do you mean by personal weapons? Like phantoms? The ability to be posted on any wall can make flanking and attacking really scary, because theres no real way to pre-aim and actual procedures when he could be in game posted on a wall anywhere, you'd have to jiggle peak every corner and if you're rushing you can't afford that, if you're flanking you're wasting time. It may just be my opinion but i have a lot of exp with cs and that ability is just too strong for me in my opinion.
