i dont know how its gonna work since ascension orgs are only in for 2 or 3 years but, on riots roadmap for franchise they're adding 1 team each year until its 14 teams per league and then itll always be 14 teams with the ascension teams rotating

edit: it says on the roadmap starting in 2026 2 teams will be promoted
