• like ik playing 10hrs every day isnt good for your body but someone pls correct me if im wrong abt this example of a day's schedule
  8 hrs sleep + 10-12 hrs stream (scrims included if any ) + 4-6 hrs remain ( where you can go out and literally touch grass or go to the gym etc etc )
