I would definitely use it a lot. My computer isn't very good to record and this way I'd be able to look at my own gameplay, go back and clip it if I wanted to. Sometimes I hit a crazy shot and want to see what it looks like to be on the receiving end too. I used it all the time in overwatch but maybe it's more justified in overwatch because there's more stuff to pay attention to.
