Retla literally also played in VCL last year and had a rating of 0.99(excluding groups), whereas egoist had a rating of 1.09(top 4 excluding bleed players who absolutely dominated the event). Same in split 1(egoist 1.16 rating, retla 0.86). So maybe 2022 retla>egoist but currently egoist is definitely the better player
