I think LEV and KRU are a tier above any team in Brazil apart from LOUD, but don't forget NIP beat this Lev core (except for shyy) by 3x0 (also under different conditions). Other Brazillian teams found success against other LATAM teams. Both regions have promising rosters and players, you guys don't need to put one region down to promote the other all the time. It's more complex than that.
