I do want to ask why you believe IGZIST is not in the same tier as NTH?

Japan: fans of x team wishes the best for y team, and they always say GL to both teams before the game starts.

Even after being humiliated internationally, they never bad mouthed their team(s) or teams from other regions; Japanese fans kept their support and wants the best for Japan.
