Replay system would harm Vanguard's reputation as ironclad anti-cheat. We know cheating is a problem but it's more of a public secret right now although every kid can copy paste a macro for that one program and click heads in 10milliseconds with Vanguard ignoring it.

With replay system we would also see all the people following heads through walls and doing so for hundreds of levels.
