I just don't get how people are getting picked up by t1 and t2 teams and dicey is just sitting there

People said he underperforms a lot but I looked at his last 8 matches and he did good in all of them. I guess some people doubt him a lot because of him being a one-trick jett and not performing with other agents. Sure, Ethan is all around better than him but dicey should still be on a T1 team.

He doesn't belong on a T2 team. Dicey is a T1 player.

Is there any chance he gets traded to a pro team before the next major? What team would it be?
