brazilians are just more competitive
i bet vgia and x10 would also be happy for their fans to be as useful

riot is fighting a losing battle with cypher cam:

• as many bug spots to put cypher cam as there are pimples on an average zoomer fan's face
• combing and patching them out seems to be impossible (but you can use accutane)
• writing them all up to a rulebook is ridiculous

no other ability will ever cause as much headache as the cam
better to just get rid of it
