Who cares? Anyone can say whatever they want in private (outside of some obvious problematic things). And he really isn't wrong either. Most teams are shit compared to what they could be in few years. For example when you compare CS and Valorant, CSGO teams and players are way more perfected and same will happen in Valorant after some time. And his point about skill cap isn't completely wrong either.

Yeah at least good amount. Karmine Corp League of Legends team is like 2nd or 3rd most popular team in EU LoL scene even tho they play in tier 2 for anyone who doesn't know.
I mean we need to also understand that this is KCorp event, not Valorant exclusively. Majority are there for LoL or for the streamers. I don't know how the scheduling works*
no hate towards Valorant, just realistic, would say same for any game
I wouldn't say VIT CSGO has 0 hype, just look at last masters and the fans that went there and how loud they were
only problem with Karmine is that they prob want to have French in their team, but that isn't the best for competition atm
sadly they are heavily biased but cant blame them and aren't most of them LoL fans anyway?
MW1/MW2/MW3 godlike some of the best games from PS3/Xbox360 era.
Clearly trying to secure EMEA spot with this lol, but can't blame them
I mean they could just say fuck it and cancel that offer if they wanted or just give money in some form
Chronicle said on Yinsu interview. I guess they still have visas from 2021. Don't know about FPX tho, they definitely aren't 100% in considering that FPX got 3 subs just in case.
None for a while. Obviously depending on who you call "tier 1". I hope someone makes it, but I don't think that person even exist in pro scene yet.
I watched xQc actively for like 3 years and got banned for typing her girlfriend's name and Pepepains emote(cringy face) because she made a joke that I found unfunny lol and then some bootlicker came to my dms typing paragraphs of how I was harassing her or some shit because of 1 message aka name+emote. Kind of glad I got banned tho such cancer chat.
Yeah I dont understand this stupid comment that I've seen surprisingly often. Fnatic has always arguably performed even better on LAN than online outside of Masters 1 2022 but that doesnt mean anything.
meh like all Valorant cinematics, nothing compared to studios like Blizzard if I'm honest
every emea team -turkish teams because i dont know them
yeah they definitely have good shot at LCQ depending on who qualifies to Champions before and who doesn't obviously
Ghost - Acend point is pretty wrong at least. Ghost's form in playoffs was pretty bad.
Wherever Fnatic goes, Team Liquid follows (or vice versa). it's written in the stars.
I mean FPX already signed 3 subs just in case Suygetsu, Shao or ANGE1 aren't able to attend so I wouldn't say that for 100%
Nah bit overreaction. Need to remember that they just did roster changes and looked really bad like 3 weeks ago. The improvements that they've done already in short time is impressive. Give them month and they could easily compete with other top teams. I kind of understand Vakk point considering that he doesn't seem to even IGL/call anymore but zeek does it instead if I'm not wrong, but even still I think replacing him would be too early.
They definitely have potential. They looked pretty horrible for half of groups stages and have only now started to look good. cNed's Chamber has also improved a lot. I think they should be happy of this performance even if they got kinda fucked in last map.
Hard to say because we don't know what the form of these teams will be during Masters 2 and we don't know about other possible problems either. Its for example possible that Trexx won't be able to travel (idk) and that would fuck Guild's chances. And for example most had Sentinels as the favorites heading into Masters 3 Berlin after their insane performance in Masters 2 Reykjavik, but they ended up placing 8th-5th. And we don't know how teams like LOUD or DRX will look like.
Yeah definitely
Ehh I wouldn't really say that. Acend's Breeze has always been pretty good but just tend to choke on it.
Destiny 2 The Witch Queen DLC, but tbh I doubt it will be on sale considering it was released like 3 months ago. I just bought it for 40e, but I guess I have to wait 4 days without playing just in case there's sale for it. Usually nice sales for DLCs if there's someone who is interested in Destiny 2.
Its actually interesting how NA and EMEA narratives changed from group stage to playoffs. NA looked more competitive in group stages with the gap between rest of the teams and the best aka OpTic being pretty thin, while in EU Fnatic and FPX were clearly above others for most of groups stage and other teams looked weaker than usual.
And now when playoffs are going many of these promising NA teams haven't performed as well as they did in groups and the gap between rest and OpTic has become way more visible, while pretty much every top 6 EMEA team (Fnatic, FPX still pretty same) have looked better in playoffs than in groups.
My guess is that many of these NA teams are young or have only recently got some success and with 1 week prep time were able to take games from each other while now in playoffs the stakes and pressure are higher and teams don't have as much time to prepare so they kind of got exposed or just collapsed under pressure. That is why I wasn't as high on NA as many were during groups. While EMEA top 6 is full of experienced teams and players, so they won't choke as easily and are able to perform even better and playoffs setting might even benefit them.
True. Really weird especially considering the competition, but I guess it might be because Riot threats EMEA as major region but doesn't want to spend too much money or effort and maybe they just think adding more production days/time to EMEA playoffs is not worth it compared to NA. They care about EMEA, but not enough. That is only explanation I came up with. Something like that I would imagine. Or whoever came up with this just thinks that group seeding should have more meaning.
They did some questionable plays especially zeek, but it is what it is.
I mean he looked uncomfortable on Chamber until like today. It just took him long to become comfortable on Chamber, maybe because he was almost exclusively playing Jett before nerf. He wasn't like yay or Derke who just looked insane on Chamber after 1 game.
I mean maybe BaddyG brought something in mental level where FPX didn't choke when it mattered, but overall this actual roster is better than +baddyg, -ANGE1/Ardiis even tho I like baddyg.
FPX were pretty much perfect for Masters 1 meta tho. Meta has changed. FPX would have done really well with really aggressive playstyle that they had in stage 1.
nvm but I really do hope that Guild truly tries to win just like Fnatic in seeding games, because that will show what Guild are actually made of
LoL Worlds production playing "Fly, Phoenix, fly!" after FPX got eliminated in Worlds groups was the funniest shit lol
True, I don't personally usually even use phone often but rather just think or plan in my head. Its good because you feel relaxed lol
If you think in your head or scroll phone while taking poop you can easily spend 30 min, its same like with showers. Some people take ~5min showers while some take 20 min showers.
True, but also need to remember that this is their 3rd day in a row playing just going close 3 map series against Fnatic yesterday. Not really good excuse because you still have to be able to perform, but bit unfortunate. While Acend hasn't played Haven for quite long time, so FPX most likely didn't know as well what they were going to do. FPX such prep heavy team. And their comp was just really bad against Acend. Only Omen flash against fragging Chamber unlucky.
Am I only one who thinks it feels bit wrong that FPX kind of got punished for winning their first game and then losing to Fnatic? FPX has now played what 3 days in a row? While Acend got day off and were able to prepare more for FPX. So they pretty much have an advantage even though they lost their first match while FPX has less time to prepare and gets more exhausted even tho they did better. Such heavy prep team as well.
would be pretty perfect rn, but no way Vitality lets him go unless TL pays a lot and Team Vitality won't get franchising spot.
Why would TL ever get rid of him unless he himself wants to leave for CS, but unlikely since they have LCQ coming. He is forced to play all sort of different roles in team that doesn't have proper IGL. That is prop why is trying to make plays all the time. He is doing amazingly considering the situation and has done. Flexes to literally everything while still putting good numbers even if he throws once in a while.
VRL should just add member system for -$ for month so they can keep their servers up, 3/4/5 star users don't have to pay anything. Good way to get rid of baiters. Right guys
7ssk7 and purp0 are the most obvious right now if they were to replace D3ffo. 7ssk7 has been on pretty good form this year, but has been pretty inconsistent in the past as well, so he is bit risky and may not be upgrade. And purp0 is pretty unproven young prodigy who has put some crazy numbers in tier 2 and who could do great things in M3C, but its hard to say.
He has Russian parents, but was born in Finland(IIRC not 100% sure) and has lived most of his life in Finland.
