True. Maybe there just isn't as much hype for Iceland 2022 as there was for 2021 events. And because of that people don't really talk about it as much. I remember in 2021 Iceland when you would constantly see tweets, ig posts/stories, streams etc from the players, but now you see way less. And many of them have already experienced Valorant LAN.

New Vitality could be interesting team. They have some decent pieces already or at least some of them have showed potential. And then you add BONECOLD and Tanizhq.

Even though its sad to see some of these T1 players getting benched, but at the same time it brings a lot potential to new lineups. Bonecold possibly to Vitality, keloqz already in Heretics, Kiles now looking for new team etc.

Molsi would be insane, but tbh I don't want him to leave LDN UTD. That team has potential.

Flag bias or not but H1ber is one of the most promising tier 2 duelists IMO. 1.25 K:D on Jett and 1.43 K:D on Raze in past 3 months. And yes the competition isn't as high, but those are still some pretty damn good stats (yes Raze rating isn't as good in past 2 months). He hasn't even played that role for that long and finally found a solid team. And who knows how he would do in Fnatic system that usually supports Derke a lot. Plays both Jett and Raze that is big plus as well compared to some players like keloqz.

But he is up there and best fit for Fnatic IMO. He can play Jett and Raze that is super important. Also has good mechanics and seems to have good gamesense so he isn't just dashing in every round.

So excited to see H1ber in VCT, but also really sad for Derke, Fnatic and EMEA. H1ber is good player with big potential, but Derke is arguably the best player in the world right now. Interesting to see how Fnatic will do in Iceland. Maybe they end up looking terrible or maybe their system is so built already that they can easily intergrade both Fea and H1ber. I don't think its impossible.

Fnatic even with stand-ins is better than half of the teams attending Masters 1 no cap
