True! Good showing from him as well.

First match, new comps, prep heavy team against team with new players and roles.

Derke used to be pretty bad online player before 2022 Stage 1. Maybe that is back? And he is also playing new agent with new teammates and system.

posted about 2 years ago

Pretty good considering the short time they've been together. This team is going to look better and better as weeks go by.

posted about 2 years ago

Yay's Chamber was pretty bad when he started playing that and look at him now. Same will most likely happen to Derke after he gets more games under him.

I personally dislike the style of most EMEA casters. Usually bit biased and way too negative/making fun. I realized this after watching Bren and Sideshow casting NA yesterday. Constantly being optimistic of the teams while being really good with details like "why this player is did this". EMEA casters are more critical and like to talk more about the mistakes (hypoc/pansy) or make fun of them (tom/mitch) while also having more calm style.

They are not bad, just aren't for me. Different styles.

No reason to hate any team after their first games. I guess people are just joking.

posted about 2 years ago

Comp changes were bit weird, but I guess they had their reasons and we saw some potential. Just really hard to pull off feels like. Their old "Ardiis go kill" super aggro was working so well, but I guess they wanted to change things up.

He used them well when escaping and hitting enemies with them, but his satchels while engaging were pretty bad. Really short range and slow couldn't really go far and fast with them and those definitely fucked couple of his ultis. It looked bit awkward. Maybe he was just bit shaky with them, can happen easily.

So good, but his satchel are pretty bad lol

Its not random assumption if you watched stage 1.

posted about 2 years ago

just starting slow while Fnatic is super confident with new firepower and rolling

posted about 2 years ago

I mean its first game of stage. No team will be perfect unless they overperform heavily.

posted about 2 years ago

Really interesting. Derke/Alfajer swap feels bit weird. Obviously Alfajer also played Raze as well, but Derke Raze is just godlike. And FPX's comp is really weird, but could work. And obviously still preferring Astra so heavily.

Waking up at 8AM to watch EU destroy NA in MSI today

CAPS SHIT ON NA

posted about 2 years ago

I hated all the weird comps that Liquid were pulling, but seeming him leave is still sad. He has been in TL Valorant for long time already and is strong part of it. Not seeing him in their content and stuff sucks. And finding new coach is going to be pretty hard unless they have someone in their mind.

Russians can attend Copenhagen that is my cope

at least G2 won a game unlike The Guard

posted about 2 years ago

I think The Guard cheated the system with AI bots because they were too lazy to play themselves today still jet lagged by returning from iceland. Their movement and aim looked pretty bot like...

Got that mad that you had to find my Twitter? lmao + Molsi owns NA

posted about 2 years ago

EG hasn't been relevant for ages and their Valorant team is even more irrelevant. And Sentinels literal tier 2 team who barely made it through open quals.

posted about 2 years ago

Says you lmao

posted about 2 years ago

Good joke. Who the fuck are EG, Ghost Gaming and Sentinels lmao? Literal tier 2 teams. And then you have new rosters/pretty new like Faze, 100T and TSM who just came through qualifiers without any problems.
NA only has OpTic, Cloud9 and potentially The Guard rest are made out of tier 2 teams or new rosters with little history. Tells a lot about the region. Watching NA open quals was like watching ranked games for most part.

EMEA more stacked region so EMEA > NA

posted about 2 years ago

True. Minor regions won't perform as well next Masters.

posted about 2 years ago

Sadly EMEA will most likely get fked again for next LAN. At least teams like Acend and Fnatic don't have Russians. Just have to hope TL shows good stuff as well

posted about 2 years ago

Group A is going to be insane holy... FPX, Fnatic who also added firepower(if it works), this Acend and G2. And potentially Fokus and even OGLU(I have hope).

posted about 2 years ago

Firepower on Acend is crazy.

posted about 2 years ago

Sadge... I guess its understandable if the team just didn't agree with coach's vision but we will see was that for good or bad. Best of luck to him!

posted about 2 years ago

don't underrated OGLU

Gambit doesn't play Neon on Fracture tho

posted about 2 years ago

Akrew didn't play Neon on Split IIRC

posted about 2 years ago

???? OpTic literally copied Gambit's Split comp and their split wasn't uninspiring by any means.

Copenhagen is really good location, don't know much about Istanbul but I guess its good. Better than Berlin again and again at least.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean Zeddy and Duno are more supportive anyway. And ssk was pretty good at entrying and getting some important kills. Also zeddy is pretty new addition and Duno used to play controllers last stage. First game as well looking bit shaky from both teams.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean just as individual.

posted about 2 years ago

Looking pretty good. I was worried because they lost Jady, but tbh Zeddy has been pretty decent so far and Duno is taking that Kay/O role really well.

imagine Cloud in Fnatic holy

posted about 2 years ago

Cloud is so good. One of the best Sovas in EMEA.

posted about 2 years ago

true 6 teams in playoffs is just tragic. Just look at group a: FPX, Fnatic, G2, Acend, Fokus, OG LDNU and only 3 makes it through. Like wtf.

posted about 2 years ago

EMEA best and most stacked region, so others have to cope...

Depends on you, but I started exercising daily like month ago when I realized that I had a lot of time to waste and it has been good so far.

Valorant:
I watch almost every match of EMEA VCT's, some VRL matches mainly Vitality and KOI going forward, some NA games if I don't have anything else to do and obviously most matches of international tournaments. Started following early 2021. Following closely.

CSGO:
I've followed off and on for few years. Followed most when Finnish ENCE was on their streak watching most of their games. And pretty much before that and after I've been mainly watching hype games, playoffs, finals etc. Currently trying to watch every G2 game at least. Sometimes following really closely and other times not that much.

Overwatch:
First esport I started properly following (CSGO before, but I didn't follow it closely). Followed really closely S1 and S2 of Overwatch League. And during Season 3 and 4 I didn't really follow that closely. Obviously I follow most of the players and teams so I know what is happening but didn't actively watch games that often. Watched most LAN events tho, playoffs and finals. And some random games that had teams I cared about. Trying to follow this new season that just started tho and watches most games of week 1.

LoL:
Started watching because of G2's journey in 2019 like MSI and Worlds, but not much outside of that. Then 2020 again I watched Worlds and overall started knowing LoL scene more and then in 2021 I watched LEC playoffs, MSI and Worlds. And after that I decided to follow more closely and pretty much followed offseason really closely and watched most LEC games from this year outside of games that only had shitty teams. And now watching MSI obviously, and I will continue following LEC scene and maybe couple LCS games. I don't know anything about the game tho.

Those are my main games currently, but I also watched Dota 2 TI playoffs when OG was playing and followed SC2 when Serral was on streak. Sometimes watching and following some players from games like R6S. And obviously I see most of dramas from other esport games in Twitter and stuff. And I just love esports so I watch all sort of esport games for like match or two here and there like Apex, Halo. Planning on starting to watch Rocket League next I think.
