2023 wasn't fraudulent because they didn't abuse anything and used raw skill to win.

Relegate the South NA teams and add more NA.
Remove EMEA, PACIFIC and CN.
This makes it where it's only NA v NA which makes Masters and champs the most competitive. Every other region weighs down the competition from just how bad they are. No region stands a chance against NA with how ahead of the curve they are.
The North American Genetics are different.
