Map1 :
first of all Nivera on chamber was a great idea imo. He played really well however missed quite a few op shots which is imo because he lazy peeks too much. The only problem was probably once again the team couldnt shut down the momentum coming from BIG which is a huge problem for them. Its been like this for many games now where once the opponent wins a few rounds they dont get shut down effectively and teamwork kinda goes bad from there aswell. The solution for this could be getting a mental coach as i feel like players like jamppi, soulcas and maybe nivera would probably benefit from. Only major problem i saw was that they couldnt shut down BIG's momentum quick enough almost costing them the map which was once again saved by great teamwork from Jamppi and L1NK. This needed to happen earlier. Example: 9-2 round BIG left hookah empty and liquid capitalized on it but however executed it very poorly losing that area they got early on. Nivera not trading scream was also a problem and once they did get site they couldn't keep it. Reads have also been questionable as they have almost always played retake with BIG and even on retake they take far too long letting the clock run down. However once they started winning rounds they finally were able to make plays tryna take map control and keeping it. This proves that this is mostly a mental thing which makes a mental coach something worth investing in.

tldr: Mental coach as once they lose they keep losing. Reading opponents, Liquid has almost always rotated too quickly or rotated back too late costing them multiple rounds where they ran out of time on defense. Once the players have confidence does liquid really start making plays that matter otherwise they kinda play too passive and become an individual based team.

yes cuz scream holds both those records

posted about 2 years ago

As i have previously explained that Liquid threw the match vs gambit on purpose. Look at the comps and say that they were throwing. Heck G2 couldnt even beat NAVI imo Anyways come back to this when liquid wins masters since we all know masters winners are always the shaky team
