Why change to neutral org? Is RITO banning Ukraine and Russia? No.
It's just RITO gives some time for the crisis to settle down.
i think riot is still investigating whether gambit has ties to russian government. Other Russian teams (FPX) and russian players have been allowed to play, so it's not that riot is waiting for the situation to ' settle' .
But FPX is Chinese-based, only the Russian based orgs are in trouble rn I think because NAVI has 4 Russian players but can play because their org is Ukrainian but gambit can't

they have let their csgo team play under neutral banner I believe so they can do same in valorant
