I was in bed tonight when this question came to my mind. Why is jett and reyna so good as duelists? Then in a few moments the answer came to mind.
Movement.
What do jett and reyna have in common. being able peek multiple people without dying. (u need a kill with reyna).
The dash and dissmis provide so much impact for jett and reyna mains that it is almost broken.
The whole point of a duelist is to be able to get that first frag when getting onto site without dying. jett and reyna is very good at getting 1 and escaping before getting traded out unlike other duelists.
This is why i believe that neon will never be an s tier agent because of the fact that she is most likely to get traded when getting that first frag unlike jett or reyna who can escape before that happens. I believe riot should make this an important thing for most duelists as its what makes them good. Hopefully Yoru gets an instant tp to help him be able to contest against top tier duelists like jett and reyna.

the tl one is cuz they got team diffed so not exactly a bad game and the others he still went positive or -3 which isnt exactly a bad game
Team Liquid: No serious weak links but the weaker players on the team would probably soulcas and nivera despite both being top tier nonetheless
Fnatic: New player is always a gamble, but braveaf seems to be a great pickup on paper
Gambit: 100% d33fo. He isnt onpar with top opers like cned, jamppi and derke
Acend: Botcold lol
other teams are still too early to say
fpx: played in cis so not too sure how they will perform
guild:seems like an eh team
despite all the downfrags we can agree this team is beter than 90% of the dream teams listed here
