im pretty sure about germany, idk about cali tho, im sure this rule exists because of child labour laws tho, because otherwise it makes no sense

I was wondering if Ascension winners that are underage can play in VCT, i thought they couldnt but multiple people on twitter have said that Dantedeu5 said on stream that riot told him he would be allowed to play (despite not being 18 untill june 2025).
Does any of u have more informations on this topic?
