no, and even though i love yay, theres a couple reasons:

1. yay didn't have as much to prove as demon1. together with the rest of that roster, EG had everything to prove as all the odds were against them. however, if yay was in the roster, then EG wouldn't have had that drive because yay at the time was the most decorated player of all time
2. 2023-24 yay had a really bad mental. yay has a very high standard for himself (a collective problem for ex-optic players) and playing at the very top for two years straight would have befuddled his mental state. pre-demon1 era EG was really just not good, and although the team became one of the best of all time throughout the year, at the beginning, after losing some games, yay's mental would have been shit, which would cause him to tilt. currently he's got a good mental after he started hitting the gym and took time for himself, but in 2023, it wouldn't have gone so well.

everything is logical until you said europoor has talent. none of their talent is even from eu. th is half turkish. fnc was half turkish/cis. fpx was mostly cis. gmb was entirely russian. remember that bumea has to import two world champions from americas because they just don't have enough good players.

the only servers that africans have access to are in europe, the middle east, or in cape town (which i've heard has barely any players)

not all game changers pros are radiant, let alone tier 2 level. a team with 5 FNS' would destroy game changers, and remember that one FNS will have to be on jett. i could see maybe a mixed roster being competitive - i think for example vania on g2 gozen could do quite good, but she is the only female in the top 18 or so of that event (she is #8, which is still pretty impressive)
i also think that a big problem with gc is that there is no incentive to play in tier 2 when the free asf GC championship gives you a madrid/lockin level prize pool and you get paid more than you would in tier 2.
