if you want to win you need 4 shooters and fns. demon1 ethan s0m are all top 10 players, so just 1 more shooter needed. get rid of crashies, he's dead weight. oxg didn't qualify, so throw the bag at verno. alternatively, pick up n4rrate from kc. probably verno though. now with 4 players that will 100% place top 10 in the region, just pick up a good coach (potter, bonkar perhaps) and replace the remaining coaching staff with full time analysts that are immortal+ elo. now you have a team of 4 goated shooters and the biggest brain in the game. fns will carry attack side and individual plays from the 4 goats will carry the defense side. analysts + bonkar + 6th will help form the 10 mans roster that helped EG to win champs.
now the plan is simple. demon1 jett, s0m raze. ethan can cover yoru, verno on initiator. when demon1 is jett s0m will be smokes, when s0m is raze demon1 will be smokes. if s0m can't play raze well after 6 month off season, he should just retire to stream for the rest of his life. ascent will be consistent pick (attack side start but we saw insane attack sides from nrg with the fns roster this year). icebox, breeze, abyss will also be best maps. perhaps run jett on sunset/pearl as well.
if this roster can't win champs, fire management and ceo and hire a new ceo.
