It's insane how they deal with losses man. I watch the T1 documentary and it's everyone just blaming someone else and not taking accountability, and over here alecks is addressing the whole team and their mistakes, while giving some good motivation to the team saying that they've been in this situation before, and they won Toronto. The team overall is a safe space for everyone, and you can just let it all out during team meetings if you wanted, and no one would judge you.

Also credit to Panda cuz I swear this guy has done absolute WONDERS for this team mentally. The breathing exercises, the massages mid game, the diet control to ensure the players are 100%... He needs some credit for the Stage 1 -> Masters Toronto run they had last year.
